Get hands-on with YORK YMC2 chillers and sharpen the skills you use every day. This 4-day, technician-focused training is designed to give you real-world experience working on Mod A and Mod B YMC2 chillers, preparing you for anything the field throws your way. Here’s What You’ll Learn:
Classroom Prep: Start with a clear, instructor-led overview of YMC2 chiller operation and troubleshooting. We’ll break down key concepts and field-tested tips in an easy-to-follow PowerPoint session, setting you up for success before you hit the shop floor.Full Hands-On Training: Roll up your sleeves and dive into the live disassembly and reassembly of Mod A and Mod B compressors as well as the HPY VSD. You’ll work directly on the equipment, learning how to:
  • Safely disassemble and reassemble the compressor
  • Measure critical tolerances and make real-time adjustments
  • Properly service the VSD's coolant circuit.
  • Effectively identify and troubleshoot the VSD's components.
  • Spot potential issues before they become costly service calls
  • Apply everything you've learned directly to real-world service jobs
All training is led by Senior Field Technicians / Instructors who bring years of field experience. You’ll walk away with practical, working knowledge—not just theory. What You’ll Get:
