What Type of Maintenance Contracts are Offered?
- Full Service Maintenance Contract - This contract covers all repairs and all labor on a 24 hour basis. The customer pays one annual fee for this contract. Full maintenance contracts can be written utilizing the customer's Boiler and Machinery insurance.
- Inspection and Maintenance Contract - This contract covers routine maintenance and inspections and can be written to include some parts. Emergency service and repairs are generally provided at reduced rates.
- Stop Inspection Contract- This contract is used mainly for large chillers that are shut down during winter months. Annual maintenance is performed during the shut-down period.
